To cancel an order, please contact Oriental Rug Mart as soon as possible.

• If Not Yet Shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation ASAP.
• If Shipped: If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) and processed them at our warehouse.

1. Contact Us: To exchange your purchase, simply contact Oriental Rug Mart to place your new order.
2. Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the original item is defective or has been damaged in shipping.

1. Act Quickly: If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
2. Return Authorization: Email sales@orientalrugmart.com or call (585) 425-RUGS with your order number to receive your return authorization. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We inspect all rugs before shipping them. If the rug is damaged in transit, be sure to take photos and don't sign for it without noting damage.
3. Inspection: Upon return, your item(s) will be inspected. Should any cleaning or repair be required, the return value will be less the cost of cleaning or repair. The need for cleaning is at the sole discretion of Oriental Rug Mart.
4. Confirmation: All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

1. Proof of Purchase: All returns require a proof of purchase.
2. Timeliness: We do not accept any returns after fifteen (15) days from delivered date.
3. Non-Returnable Items: All Clearance/Final Sales rugs are non-returnable and will be labeled as such.

• Restocking: There is a 10% restocking fee is applied to returned funds.
• Taxes: Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
